“ While at university this was my go to cafe in the city centre as I could study for hours without any animosity from the staff. They’re always welcoming and provide a fast service. The food is delicious with my personal favourite being the sweet soy chicken rice bowl. I think I have been here like 20 times so I am qualified in the menu My favourite drink is either the iced dalgona honeycomb latte or the strawberry blossom lemonade right now but their hot chocolate is also amazing in cold weather. I would always recommend this to anyone who wants tasty food in Coventry at a decent price with a nice atmosphere. ”

“ This place serves delicious korean food!!! Turns out this place is Halal. I always get the volcano corndogs which are fire . The rice bowls and croffle burgers are also quite nice. I tried the bingsu (shaved ice) for the first time; while it tasted nice, the fruit on it was also frozen which turned the dish way too cold for my teeth. I'm not sure if that's how it's meant to be, so maybe the dessert isn't for me. ”

“ For the price the quality of food is great. A great amount of flavour on the burger sauce and the chicken is fried incredibly crispy, a great pairing with the soft croissant-waffle hybrid bun. The burger isn't listed to come with fries, but to my surprise it did. IMPORTANT If you order any of the platters, ask for the sauce on the side. They're smothered in it which is great for flavour - but I'd rather decide what sauces I want to try. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating when we were there. A novel experience, if you're in Coventry often it's definitely a place you should visit. ”

“ Croffle Bank is my favourite cafe around the area, for me the best coffee in town. The dalgona honeycomb latte in particular and the fruity bubble teas are my go to orders, the Korean fried chicken meals are delicious too, I didn’t know about croffles until I visited this place but I’m glad I found it! The tiramisu croffle is highly recommended and always really well presented. I often sit in as the interior is nicely designed and really cosy so it’s ideal to relax alone too or if you need to work. The staff are always polite and friendly and willing to help you if you’re stuck on ordering, and always keep the place clear of any dirty tables, you can also order from your table too which is helpful if you have limited mobility. Overall a lovely cafe which is worth a visit! ”

“ i loveeed this place, definitely coming here again. i got the lotus biscoff croffle it was DELISH. i also tried the matcha croffle, tiramisu croffle, and salted caramel croffle. they were all so good but none of them beat the lotus biscoff croffle. it comes with ice cream, whipped cream, and fruits. it was for 7.35 i think but honestly i think it was worth it considering the portion and the fact it came with sides and the fact that it was SO GOOD. i also got an iced vanilla matcha latte. it was okay, i don’t think croffle bank has the best matcha but it was decent. the atmosphere was so nice and cozy, would love to study in the upstairs part, and the service was great. they have free wifi here. would definitely recommend! ”

“ Wow .... This little place has taken me by surprise. The dessert looks real pretty and tasted absolutely delicious. I personally get put off by all those super sweet desserts in UK . This place does it just right it very mild sweet . I am so glad this place exists in Coventry . I will sure be coming back again many many more times. ”

“ Friendly staff and delicious food I would recommend the hot beef and cheese corndog. I get it every time I go and I'm never disappointed. It's really yummy. The volcano ramen is also a fave of mine - spicy and tasty. The drinks can be a little hit and miss. My fave so far is the honeycomb dalgona which is pretty sweet. The bingsu is also amazing but a huge portion so come with an empty belly haha ”
